The EmC Master Class is delivered in two ways 1 pre-recorded videos accessed via an online platform and 2 videos + live, one-on-one sessions with Dr. Lola Gershfeld, founder of EmC Leaders.
While the second option is more finely tuned to your unique workplace experiences, both deliveries include the following sessions:

The EmC Master Class is taught by the founder of EmC Leaders, Dr. Lola Gershfeld, an organizational psychologist and a corporate emotional connection expert.
Dr. Gershfeld is the original developer of the Emotional Connection process (EmC) and the author of two books, Emotional Connection and The Connected Culture. The virtual EmC Master Class includes 8 hours of recorded material and an estimated 6 hours of activities and practice offline. While the course is designed to be completed at your own pace, many finish within 6 weeks.
The one-on-one EmC Master Class includes the same 8 hours of recorded material and 6 hours of activities and practice. It also adds 6 hours of individual coaching. This option is generally completed within 2 months.
